Britney's On the Run

Since being released from the Cedars-Sinai psych ward this morning, Britney Spears has been on the go. Spears was seen leaving her gated Beverly Hills home in her white Mercedes, as soon as she saw the paps she made a quick U-turn and went back into the gated community. Pagesix reports that Britney was on route to pal Sam Lufti's house, but Sam has been trying to track her down all day. Apparently Britney ditched the hospital and her family to meet up with her married boy-toy photog Adnan Ghalib.
